A property inspection trip usually lasts 4 days and 3 nights and involves a trip to Cyprus to view properties and become familiar with the area in which you are going to purchase. A professional from our marketing department, based in UK, will arrange every last detail for you, based on the information you give us.
Option 1
We will arrange the visit for you
We will arrange the full visit for you including flights*, airport transfers, accommodation, meals and a dedicated consultant who will show you around on a one on one basis. During your visit in the island you will be staying at premium, four-star luxury hotels and you can take advantage of the Cyprus hospitality and experience with no obligation.
* Flights from £180 per person and are subject to availability. This cost will be refunded subject to the completion of your property purchase.
Option 2
Make your own arrangement and we will meet you in Cyprus
Should you already be visiting Cyprus, we can arrange for you to meet us at one of offices, or pick you up from your hotel. You will have your own personal consultant who will show you around on a one on one basis, again with no obligation. We can arrange appointments to suit your schedule.
Our job is to help you make the right decision for yourself and if your final decision is not to purchase a property after all, then we will always respect your decision and in no way pressurise you into changing your mind.
If you decide to go ahead and purchase a property through Atlandas, we will happily refund your return airfares and accommodation up to CY£500 in total. In 99% of these trips, our clients have usually found their perfect property by the Saturday morning.
